BQH is a hypnotherapy technique that allows you to explore your subconscious mind, visit past, future, or parallel lives, early childhood memories, or the most appropriate time and place with the intention to heal the physical, mental, and emotional being. Often by breaking through things that are blocking your life energetically, your body's inherent ability to heal itself is activated. BQH is focused on the concept of healing through the exploration of the subconscious mind, enabling you resolution and clarity to your life experiences. BQH is not like traditional hypnotherapy, in that it can lead you to discover the events you are unable to access consciously. Before your session, you are asked to make a list of questions relating to any current challenges that you want to receive guidance on. You can also do dream interpretation, ask about the future, your health, relationships, life purpose, career, etc. This question and answer session will be a large part of the experience.
